Prerequisites:
CCNA
The Cisco Academy 1 class is open to any St. Louis Community College student. There is no special enrollment process. Basic computer literacy, familiarity with the Web, college-level reading skills, and proficiency in basic mathematics are the only prerequisites. No prior knowledge of networking is required.
Cisco 1 is the first class of the 4 class sequence. Cisco 2 and 3 can be taken out of order. You must complete Cisco 1, 2 and 3 before taking Cisco 4.
CCNP
If you have completed Cisco 1 through 4, or have earned your CCNA certification you may take Cisco 5, 6, 7 or 8 in any sequence.
