IS:123—Introduction to Windows—1 Credit

(Microsoft Windows Vista) This course introduces basic concepts of the Windows environment beginning with the anatomy of a Window. The relationship between various PC operating systems, and the advantages and disadvantages of the Windows interface will be discussed. Students will learn how to create and manage files within the organizational structure of a Windows environment. The desktop, accessories, and navigational tools are among the topics to be covered.
